After My Husband Slandered Me for Trainee, I Ended Their Careers

After they threw me off the operating table, I sat in the corridor for a full day and night. Not until the surgery was over and Elmer walked out. Only then did I push myself up on legs gone numb and step in front of him to stop him. "Elmer, I wasn't going after Sadie today just to spite her. She's a residency trainee. She isn't qualified to be at the operating table yet. And her scrub-in wasn't done properly, and when I told her, she wouldn't admit it. In surgery, handwashing is the most basic thing. If she can't be rigorous about even that, then when something goes wrong, no one is going to answer for her."
