Truck Hits Classmate; This Time I Won't Save Her

When the truck came barreling toward my classmate, I shoved her out of the way with everything I had, and my own legs got crushed under the wheels. Two days later, she'd posted about me on the campus forum. "He's a creepy stalker. He knocked me down so he could take advantage of me." "A pathetic simp playing hero. Ending up a cripple is exactly what he deserves." Online, I explained that I'd been left permanently disabled because I saved her.
