Betrayed by My Husband, Saved by the Undercover Bad Boy
Chapter 1
To help pay off our family debts, I took a teaching job at an elite private academy.
Every single day, I was surrounded by towering, hyper-masculine bad boys.
Trapped in a suffocating haze of raw testosterone, I found myself spiraling between infidelity and loyalty, submission and defiance...
"Put this on before you step into that classroom!"
A sheer, gauzy dress was shoved violently into my chest. The gossamer silk was so fragile that a single rough tug would rip it to shreds.
I instinctively protested.
"Mr. Vance, isn't this a bit too much?"
Vance sneered coldly.
"What? Twenty thousand dollars a month isn't enough to make it appropriate?"
I swallowed my pride, forced a tight smile, and immediately headed toward the dressing room with the dress.
My name is Mia. Drowning in bills, I had no choice but to take this absurdly high-paying gig at an exclusive private training center.
The clients were all wealthy, privileged young men in their early twenties to early thirties. The academy offered language coaching and bespoke tutoring.
The only problem was the "uniform" they forced me to wear. It was mortifying.
The moment I stepped out of the dressing room, I crashed straight into a broad, burning-hot chest slick with sweat.
I stumbled back instinctively, but the heat radiating from his sculpted muscles seemed to envelop me.
He was casually spinning a basketball on his fingertip. I watched a bead of sweat roll down his prominent Adam's apple, tracing the chiseled contours of his chest.
Raw, untamed vigor.
He looked overwhelmingly powerful.
Swamped by the grind of daily life, my husband, Mark, and I hadn't been intimate in months.
Looking at him felt like catching a glimpse of an oasis in a desert.
"Penny for your thoughts, Miss Mia? Why is your face so red?"
Flustered, I blurted out, "No... I love my husband. I would never cheat!"
The second the words left my lips, I wanted to die of embarrassment. What was I even saying?
Ron stepped closer, his imposing frame looming over me. His flexed muscles were inches from my face—I could practically count the veins under his dark skin.
I swallowed hard and fled in panic.
I could feel Ron's burning gaze locked on my retreating back.
Rushing into the classroom, I didn't notice a loose nail on the doorway. The flimsy silk caught on it, tearing wide open with a sharp rip.
I frantically tried to cover myself.
Low, filthy chuckles rippled through the room.
"Well, well. Miss Mia couldn't wait to show off her curves today."
"Who are you trying to seduce with that black lace, teach? Don't tell me you wore that just for me."
"Back off, man. She obviously wore it for me."
Their crude remarks grated on my ears.
Their eyes were glued to my exposed skin, their intentions blatantly obvious.
The more I panicked, the worse it got. The thread was snagged tight.
If I pulled, the dress would tear completely. As I delicately tried to untangle it, the boys stood up.
"Let me help you, Miss Mia. It's just a rag anyway—why not just rip it all the way off?"
The ringleader, Ryan, walked over with swagger.
He was the polar opposite of Ron—lean, pale, with unruly blond hair and a dangerously intoxicating smirk.
As Ryan stood up, the other guys closed in around me.
