That day was the darkest moment of my life.

I had even thought about dying.

Later, my parents went to Ethan for an explanation because of me, but no one testified for me.

My parents were also suppressed by Ethan.

After getting my emotions under control, I made several phone calls before falling into a deep sleep.

Then I contacted my parents, Alpha Marcus Hart, and prepared everything before setting out for Ethan’s coming-of-age ceremony.

Whether Maya could handle today’s big show would be up to her.

Ethan’s coming-of-age ceremony was grand, and the members of our Crimson Pack, as well as werewolves from nearby Packs, all came.

Maya stayed by Ethan’s side like she was the hostess.

My arrival caused quite a stir.

Everyone knew about my relationship with Ethan, so when they now saw Maya standing beside him, they naturally could not help looking over as if they were watching a show.

When Maya saw me, she looked as if she had seen some terrifying werewolf and instinctively hid behind Ethan.

I interrupted Maya’s act of pretending to be timid and afraid.

I swore I had not even touched a single strand of Maya’s hair, so how had I bullied her?

So when he favored another person, he really could become completely unreasonable.

I rolled my eyes at Ethan.

“Did I bully her through the air? Ethan, you were the one who shamelessly asked me to come to your coming-of-age ceremony, and now you’re treating me like this. What do you mean? Was this on purpose?”

My voice was loud, and the surrounding werewolves all heard me.

Some werewolves even stood on my side.

“What is Maya even doing? Audrey didn’t do anything, so why is she crying?”

“You don’t get it? She’s just a delicate little werewolf.”

Those almost mocking words made Maya’s expression turn awkward.

But Ethan did not think there was anything wrong with Maya, and instead, he glared at me through gritted teeth.

“Are you satisfied now?”

After that, Ethan chased after Maya, who had run off.

Meanwhile, I looked at their backs and fell into thought.

Ethan, this was only the beginning, and tonight was destined to be a sleepless night.

Then I looked toward the raised platform, where my people were already ready.

Tonight, no one could even think about running.

Thinking of that, I could not help smiling.

But as soon as I turned around, I met a pair of gloomy eyes.

As Maya’s greatest guardian, how could he not show up?

The moment we looked at each other, Luke could not put away his expression in time, so he could only give me an awkward smile.

Just then, my phone rang, and when I saw the message, I could no longer hide the smile in my eyes.
